Do I need a membership to play?
No. Anyone can book a table as a walk-in at our standard rates. Membership simply makes it cheaper and adds perks like free off-peak play and guest passes.
How does the door actually unlock?
Your booking activates a smart-lock code on your phone shortly before your slot. One tap and you're in — no physical key, no staff to meet.
What if no one's there to help?
The space is designed to be fully self-serve, monitored for safety, with in-app support. Everything you need is at the table when you arrive.
Can I bring friends?
Absolutely — a table fits up to four players, so the per-person cost drops fast. Members also get monthly guest passes.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 4 hours before your slot for a full deposit refund.
